Leota Wolford

Our deeply beloved mother and Nanny, Leota Osborn Wolford, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, June 22, 2023 while surrounded by her loving family.  She was born to Lawrence and Stella Osborn on October 6, 1935, and is preceded in death by her husband David H. Wolford.  Leota had a heart of gold and selflessly devoted her life to her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. The simplest pleasures in life brought her the greatest joys. She loved drawing, painting, flowers, decorating, shopping, watching movies and TV shows, playing guitar, and listening to music. She took great joy in being baptized in the Lord.  Leota is survived by her four children David (Joyce), Tammy, Dale (Katrina), and Lori (Ron), ten grandchildren Will, Coty, Brianna, Candace, Steven, Tanya, Gracie, Victoria, Marlee, and Alexis, and many great grandchildren. She will go on forever in our hearts and leaves behind a legacy full of light and love.  Visitation will be held at Reger Funeral Home & Chapel in Huntington on Sunday, June 25 from 4-6pm with service to follow at 6pm.  Online condolences may be made to the family at www.regerfh.com.
