Rosa Lee Mills

Rosa Lee Mills, 65, of Kenova, WV passed away on January 16, 2015. She was a daughter of the late Burl Dillon and Elva Mae Evans. Rosalie was born on June 8, 1949 in Johnson County, KY. She was preceded in death by 3 of her siblings and her son Ernest Lee Mills. Left behind to cherish her memory is her husband of 48 years, Ernest Mills; her daughter Bonnie Francis (David) and her daughter Angela Skaggs; her seven grandchildren: Kinzi and Andrew Mills, Brandon Francis, Hunter Francis, Brok Mills, Alainna Mills and Gretchen Mills and her 6 surviving siblings. Visitation for Rosa Lee will be at the Ceredo-Kenova Funeral Home & Cremation Services on Thursday, January 22, 2015 from 11 to 1 PM; Funeral Services will be conducted at 1 P.M with Pastor David Dillon officiating. Burial will follow at Spring Valley Memorial Gardens, Huntington, WV. Family requests contributions be made to the funeral home to assist with burial expenses.
