Sally Farley Adkins

Sally Farley Adkins, 66, of Huntington, wife of Bobby Adkins, passed away Sunday October 15, 2017 at Cabell Huntington Hospital. Funeral services will be conducted at 1 pm Thursday at the Jefferson Ave. Church of God by Pastor Ronald Joplin. Burial will follow in Forest Memorial Park, Milton, WV. She was born February 7, 1951 in Midland, Mich., a daughter of Jack and Corabel Moore Cook. Sally was preceded in death by her first husband Paul “Hack” Farley; daughter Paula Farley Young; brother Jack Cook, II and mother in law Sallie Farley. Additional survivors include two daughters and sons in law Beth and Gary Toppins and Renee and Allen Steele; grandchildren Hope, Garrett and Hannah Toppins, Andrew Simmons and Allison and Isabelle Steele; brothers and sisters in law Jim and Kit Cook, Ed and Marian Cook, Bob and Celeste Cook and Ken and Jackie Cook; sister and brother in law Diane and Jim Combs; several nieces and nephews; father in law Paul Farley; sister in law and brother in law Millie and Greg Tomlinson and brother in law and sister in law Stewart and Sheila Farley . The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staffs of Cabell Huntington Hospital’s ER and ICU for their excellent care of Sally. Friends may call from 11 am until service time on Thursday at the Jefferson Ave. Church of God. Reger Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
