Thomas T. 'Polky' Polk, 49, of Huntington,passed away on Monday June 25, 2007 at Cabell Huntington Hospital. Funeral services will be conducted on Friday at 1:00 PM at the Reger Funeral Chapel. Friends may call from 5-9 pm Thurday at the Reger Funeral Home. Tommy was born on February 3, 1958 in Huntington, WV the son of Mary Theobald Parcell and the late Ronald S. Polk He is survived by his brother and sister in law: Timothy S. and Helen Polk of Montgomery, AL. and a special brother: Kevin 'Bumpy' Heath. Two sisters and a brother in law: Rhonda Polk of Ft. Lauderdale, FL and Cathy and Matt Perry of Huntington, WV.
