Agnes Genevieve Thompson

Agnes Genevieve Thompson, 96, of Huntington, passed away Tuesday May 7, 2024 at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House of Huntington.  Graveside funeral services will be conducted at 11 am Saturday May 11, 2024 at the Cyrus Cemetery, Prichard, WV.  She was born July 18, 1927, in Kenova, WV, a daughter of the late Ed and Ethel Shannon Sperry.  She was a homemaker.  In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her husband Elmer Thompson; siblings Phillip Gene Sperry, James Edward Sperry, Richard Sperry, Jay Sperry, Charlotte Sperry, Veronica Sperry, Thelma Nichols, Rita Myers and Baby Sperry.  Survivors include a son and daughter in law James Elmer (Regina) Thompson; grandchildren Sheri Lynn Thompson and Kelly Faye Infante; great grandson Jamison Riley Infante and siblings Douglas Sperry and Joyce Copley.  Reger Funeral Home Ceredo-Kenova Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements.  www.regerfh.com.
