Albert Dennis Fulwood, 87, of Huntington, passed away on March 12, 2010 at his home. A memorial service will be conducted on Friday, March 19, 2010 at 2:00pm at the Spring Valley Presbyterian Church by Rev. Bonnie Boyce. The family will receive friends from 1-2 pm at the church. Albert was born on February 27, 1923 to John and Opal Phillips Fulwood. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife of 58 years Lenora, two brothers Dorn and Emitt and two sisters; Reva and Sharon. He is survived by his daughters Angela Fulwood and Valerie and Cornell Stubblefield, two grandsons; Dennis and Freddie Griffin. A sister Nadine Lee of California and in laws Latelle and Newman Vaughan and a host of nieces and nephews and cousins. Albert was a graduate of Douglas High School and attended Kentucky State College and was a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity. He was a member of the Masonic Alexander Freemason Lodge # 2, F&Am and Abdul 133 Shrine Lodge. Albert was an employee of INCO for 20 years and was a Corporal in WWII serving with the 761st Tank Battalion under General George Patton.
