Anna Jane Runyon

Anna Jane Runyon, 89, of Proctorville, Ohio, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, October 22, 2024 at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House. A funeral service will be conducted by Pastor Tim Porter on Friday, October 25, 2024 at 11 am at the Reger Funeral Chapel, Huntington. Burial will follow in Spring Valley Memory Gardens. Anna Jane was born on February 6, 1935 in Bella Vista, Pennsylvania a daughter of the late Jacob and Cathryn Becker Turban. She retired from C.J. Hughes. She enjoyed both crocheting and knitting. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Jacob, Jack, and Mark Turban; and one sister, Cathryn Fetterhoff. She is survived by her sister, Henrietta Haffey of Pennsylvania; one niece, Nancy (Ben) Coleman, with whom she made her home; a nephew, Eddie Sark; and a very special great nephew, Tyler Adkins. The family would like to thank Hospice of Huntington for the care they provided and would like to extend a special thank you to her caregivers, Beverly Tennet and Angie Arrowood.
