Anna Jean Gilkerson

Anna Jean Thompson Sizemore Gilkerson, 72, died Tuesday, May 9, 2006 at St. Mary�s Medical Center in Huntington. She was the daughter of the late Delbert Thompson and Daisy Mae Thompson Knight. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Patty L. Gilkerson. Jean is survived by her husband, Charles E. Gilkerson; her daughter and son-in-law, Debbie and Art Manis; and her daughter, Barbara A. Sizemore; and a brother, Richard Thompson. She is also survived by three grandsons, Jason Gilkerson and his wife Beth; Chad Gilkerson, his wife Crystal; and Brandon Lowe. Additional survivors include three great-grandsons, Bailey, Elijah, and Jacob Gilkerson and two great granddaughters, Jordan and Jaylne Gilkerson and several nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank the caring staff at St. Mary�s Medical Center. Funeral services will be held at 1:00pm Friday at the Ceredo-Kenova Funeral Home with Minister John Holland officiating. Burial will follow in the Hillcrest Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 to 9 pm Thursday at the funeral home.
