Arlene Roy

Rose "Arlene" Alley Roy, 76, of Huntington, WV walked hand in hand with Jesus on Monday, January 22, 2023, at Encompass Rehabilitation Hospital. Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, January 26, 2024 at 1 pm at Jackson Avenue Church of God Holiness (JACOGH). There will be no procession to the cemetery. She attended JACOGH and was employed at CSX, Mountain State Christian School and Fruth Pharmacy. Arlene was born on March 8, 1947, to the late Clinton and Edna Alley Wells. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers Don Alley and Charles Alley. Arlene is survived by her husband, Billy “Bil” Roy; brother, Jim (Mary) Alley, son, David (Tamra) Roy; daughter, Kimberly (Jason) Handley; six grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. Friends may call from 11am until service time on Friday at the Jackson Avenue Church of God Holiness. Reger Funeral Home, Huntington is assisting the family with arrangements.
