Barbara Jim Earl

Barbara Jim Earl, 84, of Huntington, passed away Sunday December 25, 2016 after a long illness. Barbara worked for many years at the Cabell County Assessor’s office. She was born May 9, 1932. She was preceded in death by her father and mother, Herbert and Edna Earl. Barbara is survived by her brother Stephen and his wife Candice Earl of Huntington; niece Stephanie and husband Andrew and two grand nieces Addisen and Hannah Parlier all of Jacksonville, Illinois. Barbara was a member of The Eastern Star, Huntington Lodge. In lieu of flowers the family requests a small donation be made to the Shriners Childrens Hospital. Graveside funeral services will be conducted at 1 pm Thursday at Spring Hill Cemetery by Pastor Earl Ray Bush. Burial will follow. There will be no visitation or procession to the cemetery.
