Barbara Mona Mays

Barbara Mona Mays, 87, of Livonia, Michigan, formerly of Huntington, widow of Harold Mays, passed away Friday April 10, 2015 at St. Mary’s Mercy Hospital, Livonia, MI. Funeral liturgy will be conducted at 1 pm Wednesday at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Huntington by Father Chuck McGinniss. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Huntington. Barbara was born March 30, 1928, in Boston, Mass. a daughter of the late Herbert and Marguerite Donahue Whitman. She was a homemaker and a member of St. Michaels Catholic Church, Livonia, Michigan, where she was a Eucharistic Minister. Survivors include her son and daughter in law Michael and Donna Mays of Davisboro, MI; two grandchildren Nicholas Mays and Stephen Mays; great grandson Carter Bryson; sister Marjorie Turner of Huntington and several nieces and nephews.
