Bernice Willadine Powell

Bernice W. Powell, 95 of Ceredo, WV passed away Tuesday, November 10, 2020 in Huntington Health and Rehablitation Center.  She was the widow of Fred Powell and a retired coder from the VA Medical Center, Huntington.  Bernice was born November 24, 1924 in Wayne County West Virginia a daughter of the late William Everett and Birdie Violet Perdue Noble.  In addition to her parents and husband,she was preceded in death by one daughter Ann and two brothers, Roger and Cloyce; and three sisters, Eloise Harris, Brenda and Wanda Noble.  Survivors include one daughter, Carla Harbour, one sister, Betty Noble Dillon a host of nieces and nephews.
