Betty Sue Sarver

Betty Sue Sarver, 73, of Huntington, widow of Larry “Butch” Sarver, passed away Wednesday September 20, 2017 at Hubbard Hospice House, Charleston, WV. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 pm Sunday at First Baptist of Kenova by Pastor Steve Willis. Burial will follow in Docks Creek Cemetery, Kenova, WV. She was born July 22, 1944 in Wayne County, WV, a daughter of the late Burl and Lelia Smith Caldwell. She was a retired LPN and a member of First Baptist Church of Kenova. Her favorite past times included being with her grand kids, shopping and crafts. In addition to her parents and husband she was also preceded in death by a daughter Dana Leigh Sarver; brother Carl Caldwell and sister Dolly Nicholas. Survivors include two sons and daughters in law Larry and Teresa Sarver of Hurricane, WV and Steve and Malissa Sarver of Wheelersburg, Ohio; grandchildren Derek Sarver of Martinsburg, WV, Jayme Sarver of Hurricane, WV, Luke Sarver and Ian Sarver both of Wheelersburg, Ohio and Tyler Sarver and Brennan Sarver both of Huntington and several very close friends.
