Billy Joe Stambaugh

Billy Stambaugh, 71, of Prichard, WV, passed away Monday June 17, 2024 at St. Mary's Medical Center.  She was born June 14, 1953, in Huntington, WV, to the late Joda Dale and Mildred Ruth Mooney Butler.  She was a campground office administrator at Four Winds Campground.  In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her husband of 40 years, James Edward Stambaugh; and a sister, Joda DeLinda Hatten.  Survivors include two sons, James Stambaugh, Jr. and Edita and Jeffery and Anne Stambaugh; daughter, Laura Mitchell; grandchildren, Joel Tiatco, Michael Birshing, Amber Stambaugh, Timothy Stambaugh, Samantha Stambaugh, Quinton Stambaugh, Aaron Stambaugh, Walter "Jay" and Katelynn Mitchell, Jr., DeLinda and Greg  Thompson and Tracy Mitchell; great grandchildren, Raven, Alexa, Addy, Bryson, Myla, Waylon, Jaxson, Waylon Jay, Aurora Jade and Xavier Allen; three sisters, LaVada Richards, Patricia (Richard) Hofmeister. and Diane (Howard) Henry; brother-in-law, David Hatten; and a host of nieces and nephews and friends.  Funeral services will be conducted at 2 pm Saturday at the Reger Funeral Home Ceredo-Kenova Chapel by Pastor Zack Johnson and Pastor Scott Byard.
