Bonita Mae Moore

Bonita Mae Moore, 60, of Huntington passed away on Sunday, April 21, 2024 at her residence. A graveside service will be conducted by Pastor Josh Nunley on Thursday, April 25, 2024 at 1:30 pm at Dock's Creek Cemetery, Kenova, W.Va. Burial will follow. Bonita was born on August 27, 1963 in Germany to Nellie Payton and the late Simon Adkins. Bonita loved elephants and always had an elephant figure on her. She also enjoyed spending her free time antiquing and playing bingo. In addition to her father she was preceded in death by a daughter, Jennifer Hammond. In addition to her mother she is survived by her husband Wilson Harrison; her daughter and son-in-law, Khristina (Dallas) Stewart; her son, Joey Hammond; four grandchildren, Jenna Stewart, Jaylin Stewart, Jules Stewart, and Caden Hammond; one brother, Ernie; two sister, Belinda and Trish. Friends may call from noon until 1 pm at the Reger Funeral Home Ceredo-Kenova Chapel, Ceredo, W.Va. A funeral procession will leave the funeral home for the cemetery at 1 pm. Reger Funeral Home Ceredo, Kenova Chapel, Ceredo, W.Va. is assisting the family with arrangements.
