Brendon Tyler Walters, 13, of Proctorville, OH was peacefully carried home by a host of Angels on Thursday, January 4, 2007 at the Cabell Huntington Hospital. He was born October 27, 1993 in Huntington, WV to Tienna Lee (Walters) Locey who survives along with her husband David Locey, of Proctorville. Tyler leaves behind a very special Mom and Dad Jean and Calvin Walters also of Proctorville. Additional survivors include two brothers Kaleb and Kameron Locey of Proctorville; Aunts and Uncles Sonja and Richard Bocook of Huntington, Sue and Frank Kincaid of Huntington, Pam and Kerry Walters of Salt Rock, and Gale Harless of Proctorville; and three cousins Woody Kincaid of Proctorville, Zack Bocook of Huntington, and Tasha Walters of Salt Rock. In addition to his family, Tyler leaves behind special caregivers Bill Adkins, Amie Knisley, Tim Napier, Mike Gannon, Marsha Brown, Rebecca Locey, Michelle McComas, and Donna Hall along with many other close relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by a very special great grandmother Juanita Harless and a cousin Dakota Bocook. Tyler enjoyed the simple things of life and never met a stranger. He filled most of his days listening to Gospel music, watching his programs, and going for rides. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00pm Saturday, January 6, 2007 at the Gospel Freewill Baptist Temple at Big Branch Rd. in Chesapeake, OH with Pastor Rudolph Thompson and Rev. Johnny Harris officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. Vernon Cemetery in Wayne. Visitation will be after 6:00pm Friday at the Church. Ceredo-Kenova Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
