Bruce Wayne Dial

Bruce Wayne Dial, 59, of Huntington, WV, lost his battle with cancer on Thursday, October 6, 2016 at his residence. Wayne was born February 13, 1957 in Huntington to Mary Ellene Taggart Dial and the late C. Harold Dial. Wayne was a veteran of the Seabees of the US Navy and retired from the Huntington District of the US Army Corps of Engineers. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, William E. and Viola “Binney” Taggart, and William L. and Grace Dial. He is survived by his mother, Mary E. Dial of Huntington; stepdaughter Jamie Hicks of Morgantown, WV; brothers Neil (Barbara) Dial of Huntington and Dennis (Tammy) Dial of Myrtle Beach, SC; loving sister Terrie Lea (Donald) Weekly of Huntington; stepmother Jackie Dial of Huntington and several nieces and nephews. Memorial graveside services will be conducted on Thursday, October 13, 2016 at 1:00 PM at Ridgelawn Memorial Park, Abbey of Devotion by David Childers. The family will receive friends from 12:30 PM until the service at the Abbey of Devotion. The American Legion Post 93 of Kenova will conduct graveside military rites.
