Carl Ray Marcum

Carl Ray Marcum, 67, of Huntington, passed away on Saturday, August 3, 2024 at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House. Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, August 9, 2024 at 11 am at the Reger Funeral Home Ceredo-Kenova Chapel, Ceredo, WV. Burial will follow in Crescent Hill Cemetery. Carl was born in Huntington, W.V., on February 12, 1957 a son of the late Arville and Dorothy Lou Carver Marcum. Carl enjoyed fishing, working on cars, and working on his many collections. His greatest passion was spending time with and spoiling his nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews who were very special to him. Carl was a Christian. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his loving wife, Darlene Baisden Marcum; and two sisters, Louise Marcum and Vickie Carver. He is survived by his six siblings; one son; one granddaughter; and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews whom he loved like children. In addition to his family he will be greatly missed by his many loving friends. Friends may call from 10- 11 am on Friday, August 9, 2024 at Reger Funeral Home Ceredo-Kenova Chapel.
