Carol Joyce Bailey

Carol Joyce Bailey, 75, of Huntington, passed away Sunday, September 17, 2017 at Madison Park. Carol was born on March 12, 1942 in Huntington to the late Earl and Ora Faye Rose Schill. She was a customer service representative with the phone company until she retired. She was a very caring and loving mother to both her children, Lisa and Robin. In addition to her children she is survived by her brother Tom Schill. Her smile and presence lit up any room she walked into. Her children were her best friends and her main priority in life. She sacrificed so much to make sure they had a good life. She was such a vibrant soul and will be missed deeply.
