Carolyn Sylvia Miller

Carolyn S. Miller, 86, of Lavalette, WV, passed away, June 11th, 2024 at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House of Huntington.  Carolyn was the daughter of the late Haskell Simpkins and Lillian Frye Simpkins.  Born June 28, 1937, near Barboursville, WV, she graduated Barboursville High School in 1955 and worked at the Credit Bureau of Huntington for 45 years and 2 months.  She married and is survived by her husband Hale Miller on May 14, 1960.  She is also survived by niece Michelle and nephew Matthew and several cousins.  Funeral services will be conducted at 1pm Saturday, June 15, 2024 at the Reger Funeral Chapel, Huntington, by Pastor Kim Stone.  Burial will follow in Swann Cemetery, Barboursville, WV.  Friends may call from noon until service time Saturday at the Reger Funeral Home.  Condolences may be made at www.regerfh.com.
