Charles Eugene Hall

Charles Eugene Hall, 79, of Catlettsburg, KY died Monday, December 08, 2008 at his home. He was born March 2, 1929 in Betsy Lane, KY a son to the late Robert and Dova (Rigsby) Hall. He was united in marriage for 47 years to Feba (Dorton) Hall who survives. Mr. Hall is a member of the Catlettsburg Church of God. He was also a member of the Elks Lodge in Catlettsburg. Mr. Hall was retired after 27 years of service to Armco Steel. Survivors include two daughters Leta Jo and Edgar Childers of South Point, OH, and Karen Sue Money of Knoxville, TN; one son Mark A. Hall of Catlettsburg; and one daughter in law Teresa Hall of Morehead. Mr. Hall was preceded in death by a son Michael E. Hall. Other survivors include a brother Robert L. Hall and a Sister Evelyn Whaley both of South Point, OH. Mr. Hall also leaves behind nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren, all whom he loved very much, along with a host of friends. Graveside services for Mr. Hall will be conducted at 1pm Tuesday, December 9, 2008 at the Catlettsburg Cemetery with Pastor Aaron Childers officiating. There will be no visitation. Ceredo-Kenova Funeral Home is assisting the family. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
