Charles Pelfrey

Charles Pelfrey, 78, of Huntington, passed away Wednesday May 30, 2018 at his residence. Graveside funeral services will be conducted at 2 pm Thursday at Woodmere Memorial Park, Huntington. He was born January 15, 1940, in Wayne County, WV, a son of the late Paul and Genie Christian Pelfrey. He was the former building and maintenance supervisor for the Hotel Frederick. In addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by his wife Esther Ferguson Pelfrey and step daughter Rebecca Leichner. Survivors include two sons Larry Pelfrey of Jacksonville, Fla. and Charles Pelfrey, Jr. of Wayne, WV and two daughters Caren Pelfrey and Jeanie Pelfrey both of Columbus, Ohio.
