Charles �Chuckie� Spurgin Casey, Jr., 51, of Huntington died Monday, April 3, 2006 at the VA Medical Center in Huntington. He was born August 5, 1954 in Huntington to the late Charles Spurgin Casey & Ida Mae (Vail) Casey. He was preceded in death by a brother, John Casey. Mr. Casey was a Veteran having proudly served in the US Army. He had made a profession of the Methodist faith. Survivors include his wife Susan �Dusty� Armstrong Casey, two daughters Sonya (Casey) and Charles Patrick of Ceredo, and Teressa Ramey of Barboursville; four sons Brian Casey, Steven Ramey, David and Natasha Ramey, and Michael Ramey, all of Huntington, a sister, Sheila Casey Lovett of Soldonta, AK, and a brother Stephen D. Casey of FL, and six grandchildren, Cassity and Isabella Patrick of Ceredo, Ryan Matthew Ramey of Lincoln County, Courtney Nicole White, David Ramey Jr., and Jordan Ramey all of Huntington. Mr. Casey leaves behind a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services for Mr. Charles Casey will be held at 2:00pm Friday at the Ceredo-Kenova Funeral Home with Pastor Tony Vance officiating. Burial will follow at a later date. Visitation will be from 6-8 pm Thursday at the funeral home.
