Charlotte Ann Whitney, 74, of Proctorville, Ohio passed away on Sunday February 12, 2022 at Pro Medica Skilled Nursing She was born on July 16, 1947 in Huntington, WV the daughter of the late Charles Whitney Jr and Mary Akers Whitney In addition to her parents she was preceded by a brother and sister: William Lloyd Whitney and Marion Gallaher. She is survived by her daughter Sheri Mays and partner Jerry Fuller. Two special nephews: James Michael Thomas and John "Andy" Gallaher.
