Charlotte Marcella Cogan

Charlotte Marcella Cogan, age 88, of Greenup County, KY, went to be with the Lord at St. Mary’s Medical Center, Huntington, on Saturday March 30, 2019.  She was born in Mason County, WV on December 25, 1930 to the late Willie and Grace Davis Hinzeman. She was also preceded in death by her husband Ralph Cogan; son Christopher Cogan and sister Annabelle McDermitt. Survivors include daughter Sheila (David) Oxsher of Columbus, Ohio, Debbie Kay (Carroll) Meadows of Grayson and Sandra Gail (Tom) Hieneman of Burkesville, KY; three grandsons; one great grandson and one great granddaughter. Funeral services will be at the Brick Union Gospel Lighthouse, with visitation beginning at 10 am and funeral services at noon on Wednesday. Services will be conducted by Carl Collier, Pastor of the Brick Union Gospel Lighthouse. Burial will follow in Oaklawn Memorial Park, Huntington, WV. Reger Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
