Christopher Lee Spurlock, 39 of Catlettsburg, KY passed away on April 8, 2018. He was born November 27, 1978 in Ashland, KY; a son of Ronald David Spurlock and Pamela Jane Adkins. He was preceded in death by his mother. Christopher leaves behind to mourn his loss, his father, Ronald David Spurlock and his step-mother, Paula Sue Spurlock; his brother, Ronald David Spurlock, Jr.; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Funeral service for Christopher will be conducted at 1 P.M. on Wednesday, April 11, 2018 at Ceredo-Kenova Funeral Home Crematorium with visitation one hour prior.
