Clare Jean Lafferty

Clare Jean Lafferty, 74, of Huntington died Thursday, December 18 at Fairhaven Rest Home in Huntington. Mrs. Lafferty was born March 17, 1934 to the late Patrick and Cleo (McGraw) Powers, one of their ten loving children. She was a 1952 graduate of St. Joseph High School and a member of Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church. She was a very loving mother and grandmother. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband John Lafferty. She is survived by her son John Lafferty Jr. and wife Regina, grandchildren Brendon, Patrick, Ryan and Rachael Lafferty. Funeral services will be Monday, December 22 at 3:00pm Ceredo-Kenova Funeral Home with Father Jim officiating. Visitation will begin one hour before the service. Inurnment will follow at a later date.
