CLIFFORD WILLIAM “BILLY” SCARBERRY, 56, of Sophia, W.Va., passed away at his residence on Saturday, September 3, 2016. Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. on Friday, September 9, 2016, at the Reger Funeral Chapel Huntington, W.Va., by Pastor Charles Gilbert. Burial will follow at White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Barboursville, W.Va. Billy was born on February 2, 1960, in Columbus, Ohio to the late Curtis Herman and Freda Irene McDaniel Scarberry. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by one sister, Lisa Jenkins. He is survived by his daughters Lisa Weber, Lela Scarberry, Bethany Allen and Jami Edin; four sisters, Wanda Smith, Barbara Pike, Cathy Scarberry and Deborah Blankenship; and two brothers, Gene Scarberry and Kenny Scarberry; nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
