Danny Eugene Maynard

Danny Eugene Maynard, 61, of Lavalette, WV passed away Monday January 14, 2008 at Cabell Huntington Hospital. He was a retired chemical worker for BASF Corporation and Flint, Ink. Mr. Maynard was a member of the Ceredo United Methodist Church and a member of the Buena Vista Masonic Lodge #60 A.F. & A.M. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lafe and Jennie Maynard, one sister, Delores Maynard, and one son, Danny Maynard Jr.. He is survived by his wife, Beverly Maynard of Lavalette, WV, two daughters, Angela Dobbins and her spouse Shannon of Lavalette, WV, and Crystal Janes-Maynard and her spouse Ryan of Kenova, one sister, Kay Ball and her spouse Todd of Huntington, WV, one brother, Ronald Maynard and his spouse Thena of Huntington, WV, two granddaughters, Kristen Janes-Maynard of Kenova and Danielle Maynard, one great-grandson, Cameron, and one niece and one nephew. Ceredo-Kenova Funeral Home is assisting the family. Funeral services will be held on Saturday January 19, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. at the Ceredo United Methodist Church with Pastor Ron LeMaster officiating. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery, Kenova. Friends may call on Friday January 18, 2007 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the Ceredo United Methodist Church.
