David Farrell Parks

David F. Parks, 46, of Kenova died Tuesday November 4, 2008 at his home. Mr. Parks was born October 28, 1962 in Chicago, Illinois to Nancy (Hunter) and Billy F. Parks, who survive. In addition to his parents, he is survived by sons; Josh and Stefan Payne, of Catlettsburg, daughter; Tara Payne of Catlettsburg, grandmother Patricia Kinney of Kenova, sister Laura Parks of Florida, and many other family and friends. Graveside funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday November 8, 2008 at Bash Cemetery in Catlettsburg, KY. There will be no visitation. Ceredo-Kenova Funeral Home is assisting the family.
