David Lee Curry

David Lee Curry, 75, of Huntington, passed away on Saturday, May 21, 2022 at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House. David was born on October 22, 1946 in Huntington, WV the son of the late James Henry and Hazel Irene Carroll Curry. David was a coal miner. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one son, Michael Wisecup; one sister, Ada Margaret Mayse; and one niece, Cynthia Hosseini. He is survived by two brothers, Jim (Sandy) Curry and Danny (Margaret) Curry; one sister, Judy Curry; two sons, David Wisecup and Jeffrey Curry LeMaster; two daughters, Crystal Curry and Tina Curry LeMaster; one step-daughter, Lisa Wisecup; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews; a special girlfriend and caregiver, Amy Johnson; and a special cat, Sissy. A graveside service will be conducted on Wednesday, June 1, 2022 at 10 am at Spring Hill Cemetery. Reger Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
