Deborah Ann "Debby" Skeens

DEBORAH ANN 'DEBBY' SKEENS, 59, of Chesapeake, Ohio, beloved wife, mother and Grammy, went home to be with the Lord, July 26, 2013, at her residence. Funeral services will be conducted at 4 p.m. Monday at the Rome Church of Christ, 86 Township Rd. 1056 Proctorville, Ohio, where she was a member, by Pastor Brad Poe. Burial will follow in the Kennedy Cemetery, in the Spring Valley area of Huntington, W.Va. Debby was born February 18, 1954, in Huntington, W.Va., a daughter of the late William and Rosemary Johnson. She is survived by her husband, Linden H. Skeens; two daughters and sons-in-law, Elizabeth (Ronnie) Cremeans, Shawna (Rusty) Leep; one son and daughter-in-law, Ryan (Elizabeth) Skeens; and her grandchildren Rosemary, James, Lindsey, Holli, Steeler, Jacob, Joseph, Jack and Desmond; and one brother William Johnson. Visitation will be from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m. Monday at the Rome Church of Christ, Proctorville, Ohio. Reger Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
