Deborah Ann Rowsey

Deborah Ann Rowsey, 68, of Wytheville, VA., formerly of Huntington, passed away Wednesday, November 15, 2023. She was born July 29, 1955 and was raised in Huntington (Harveytown), WV, by her parents, Alfred and Argusta Stephenson. Deborah was a longtime employee of PepsiCo where she retired after 30 years of employment. She was an avid Marshall fan and enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and the love of her life Raymond E. Rowsey, all of Huntington. Deborah is survived by her son Raymond Rowsey, II (Penni) of Austinville, VA; granddaughter Brandi Mabe (Shane) of Bland, VA.; two great gandsons Korbin Viars and Knox Mabe; special sister in law Sabra Messer of Flat Rock, Michigan; special friends Debby Aker, Colleen Thompson and Angie Fields and a host of family and friends. Funeral services will be conducted at 1 pm Tuesday, November 21, 2023 at the Reger Funeral Chapel, Huntington by Pastor James Wells. Burial will follow in Woodmere Memorial Park, Huntington.
