Debra Kay Pack

Debra Kay Pack, 37 of Ranger, WV passed away on March 20, 2013 at St. Mary�s Medical Center. Debra was born on July 5, 1975, the daughter of the late Jay and Ruby (Neace) Pack. She is survived by her son Donnie Dale Adkins II and her daughter Kayla Kay Adkins both of Cove Creeek, WV, two brothers; Kenneth Jay Pack of Louisville, TN, and Jerry Lee Pack of Ranger, WV and one sister Carol Lynn Pack of Hamlin, WV, two half-brothers and three half-sisters all of Ohio. Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 pm Sunday March 24, 2013 at Freedom Freewill Baptist Church with Rev. Earl Burgess officiating. Burial will follow in the Pack Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11:00 am until service time at the church.
