Dewey Lenville Bocook Sr.

Dewey Lenville Bocook Sr., 92, of Huntington, passed away on Tuesday, August 22, 2017 at his residence. Dewey was born in Huntington, WV on July 26, 1925 to the late John and Nancy Lucinda Skaggs Bocook. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy. He was a mason, a member of the Brick Layers Union and a member of the Masonic Lodge #53 AF & AM of Huntington. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his wife of 61 years, Katherine Blatt Bocook; one brother, John Bocook; and one sister Martha Herwig. He is survived by his two sons, Dewey Bocook, Jr., and Timothy (Deborah) Bocook; grandchildren, Jennifer, Terra, Dewey III, Christina, T.R.; great grandchildren, Preston and Macy; and one sister Norma Chapman. Friends may call from 6-8 pm on Friday, August 25, 2017 at the Reger Funeral Home.
