Donald Eugene Nichols

Donald Eugene Nichols, 53, of Huntington, WV passed away at St. Mary’s Hospital on May 5, 2024. Don was born September 2, 1970 in Huntington to Danny Mac Nichols and Delores Ann Cooper, both of which preceded him in death. He is survived by his three children, Ashley Morris (Shawn), D.J. Nichols (Edan), and Amanda Archambault (John), as well as his grandsons, Samuel and Axel Morris, Eli Nichols, and Jackson Archambault. Don was a wonderful father and the best “Poppy” to his grandchildren, and words cannot express how much he will be missed. He was loved more than he could have ever known, and always will be.  He was a member of Proctorville Lodge 550 F&AM. A memorial service will be held at Reger Funeral Home in Huntington on May 10, 2024 at 12pm until 2pm, with Masonic rites to be held at 2pm. In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting monetary donations be made to his burial fund.
