Donna Lynn Blevins

Donna Lynn Blevins, 69 of Catlettsburg, Ky passed away, Sunday, June 9, 2024 at the UK Hospital, Lexington, Ky.    Graveside funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 PM Friday, June 14, 2024 at Crockett Family Cemetery, Wayne County, WV, by Pastor T.J. Torgerson.  Donna was born January 11, 1955 in Denver, Colorado,  the daughter of the late Freddie and Robie Crockett Spurlock.  In addition to her parents, she was also  preceded in death by her husband Randy Blevins.  She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Megan (Jake) Rowe and one granddaughter Harper Rowe; one sister-in-law, Teresa Spurlock, two nephews,  Ryan (Jessica) Spurlock, Wes (Jessica) Spurlock, great nieces and nephews, Kennedy, Blakely and Shepherd, as well as seven cousins, Francis Crockett-Stump, Delores (Dan) Ward, Melissa Riggins, Greg Dabkowski ,Jesse Dabkowski, Tonya Stephens and Anita Kay and several aunts and uncles. There will no visitation, nor procession to the  Crockett Family Cemetery, for   the graveside service at 1:00 PM Friday.  In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the University of Kentucky Markey Cancer Center: 800 Rose St. Lexington, Ky, 40536.
