Douglas Phillip Chion, 55, of Huntington, passed away on September 10, 2013 at Cabell Huntington Hospital. He was an administrator for the state of WV. He was born on October 16, 1957 in East Chicago, IN. the son of Michael Joseph Cihon and Dixie Mae Berrier Reeds.
