Dwayne J. Mills, 53, of Huntington, passed away September 16, 2016 at Cabell Huntington Hospital. Graveside services will be conducted on Friday, September 23, 2016 by Rev. Ray Fletcher at 2 pm at Dial Pritchard Cemetery, Branchland, WV. Dwayne was born on December 15, 1962 in Huntington, WV to the late Joe and Addie Less Merritt Mills. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one brother Robert Mills. He is survived by his fiance Cindy Linville and her children Cody and Kyle Linville and Shelby Wiley; one sister Kathryn Kelley; nieces Kathy Mills, Alberta Mills, Shyanna Casteele and Ashley Ferguson; nephews Austin Mills and Thomas Cole; Natalie Ferguson and Jason Ferguson.
