Edna Marie Craft

Edna Marie Craft, 91, of Prichard, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, May 17th. She was born June 12, 1918 in Shoals, WV, a daughter to the late James Major and Florence Ward. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Earl Craft; two brothers, Basil and Tom Ward; one sister, Bertha Ward, and a granddaughter Tessa Marie Edwards. She is survived by two daughters and their husbands; Karen Cherylene and Eddie Adkins of Kenova, and Valanie and David Edwards of Prichard. Edna also leaves behind her grandchildren; Kelli Edwards Webb and husband Bryan and Jeffrey Edwards, all of Prichard, and great-grandchildren Katie Marie and Samuel Earl Webb, whom she loved very much. Additional survivors include her sisters Eugie Walters of Indiana, Wanda Loraine Edwards of Kenova, and Doris Ekers of Prichard. Funeral Services for Mrs. Craft will be conducted on Thursday, May 20th at 2:00pm at Ceredo-Kenova Funeral Home with Pastor Scott Byard officiating. Burial will follow in the Hatten-Newman Cemetery. Visitation will be from 12pm � 2pm Thursday at the funeral home.
