Edward Allan (Aljo) Majher, 78, of South Point, Ohio passed away Saturday, October 1, 2022 at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House. He was born on July 26, 1944 in Huntington, WV the son of the late Andrew and Mildred Majher. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his late wife, Jessie Ann (Reeves) Majher. Allan was a diesel mechanic for many years with Tri-City Paving. He loved working on cars and gardening. Most of all he loved being with his grandchildren and family. He is survived by his two sons, Mark Allan (Jennifer) Majher and John Thomas (Charity) Majher of South Point, Ohio; three brothers, Denver (Mary Ann) Majher, John (Linda) Majher, and Thomas Majher; long term companion, Kara Summers; five grandchildren, Austin (Daranda) Majher, Jessika Majher, Cierra (David) Majher-Moore, Greg (Ashley Black) Howard, Amanda (Jory) MacArthur; six great grandchildren, Avery and Amelia Moore, Alyssa Hamilton ad Mason MacArthur, Draeden Black and Adley Howard; as well as multiple nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm Friday, October 7, 2022 at the Reger Funeral Home, Huntington. Graveside services will be conducted at 1:30 pm at Spring Hill Cemetery, Huntington. Burial will follow. A procession will leave from the funeral home for the cemetery at 1pm on Friday. Online condolences may be made to the family at www.regerfh.com.
