Eloise Simpkins

Eloise Simpkins, 89, of Huntington, passed away on Tuesday, July 10, 2018 at Heartland of Riverview, South Point, Ohio. Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, July 14, 2018 at 11 am by Minister John Holland at the Reger Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow at Dock’s Creek Cemetery, Maple Hill Section. Eloise was born on September 11, 1928 in Wayne County, WV to the late Earl and Erie McComas Adkins. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Earl Simpkins; a brother, Earl Edward Adkins; and two sisters, Eldred Adkins Thompson, and Eithel Adkins. She is survived by her daughter, Roberta (Harold) McKeand; a grandson, Dr. Chris (Christine) McKeand; and two great grandchildren, Allison and Connor McKeand; a sister, Linda Adkins Ford; and several nieces and nephews.
