Elsie Mae Ross

Elsie Mae Ross, 92, of Kenova, passed away on Thursday, November 15, 2018 at St. Mary’s Medical Center. Funeral services will be conducted by Pastor Jerry Matt on Wednesday, November 28, 2018 at 1 pm at the Reger Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow in Spring Hill Cemetery. Elsie was born on November 3, 1926 in Lincoln County, WV to the late James Chilton and Dora Ethel Justice Mounts. Elsie was a member of Grace Gospel Church for 53 years. She worked at Owens-Illinois as a glass inspector for 36 years. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Franklin Ross. Elsie is survived by her daughter, Sandra Bea Ross; grandchildren, Teresa Wardlow (Perry), Tonya Tolson (Bryan); great grandchildren, Chandler Ross Wardlow, Kalah Wardlow Brown, Madalyn Wardlow, Tyson Tolson; great great grandchildren, Leona Brown, Eleanor Brown; sisters, Betty Adkins, Rosalie Herbert, Urna Donahue (Jerry); and several nieces and nephews.
