Elsie Noe

Elsie Noe, 96, of South Point, Ohio, widow of Willard Harvey Noe, passed away Thursday August 23, 2018 at River's Bend Health Care, South Point. Graveside funeral services will be conducted at 1 pm Wednesday at White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Barboursville, WV. She was born October 15, 1921 in Columbus, Ohio, a daughter of the late Roy and Pearl Reed Lockhart. Elsie was a homemaker. Survivors include a daughter Pam (Danny) Coleman; grandchildren Michael Todd Adkins, Edison (Cyndi) Adkins, Amanda (Tim Adkins) Coleman and Tracie Mertz; great grandchildren Gaige Adkins, Quinn Adkins, Brennan Coleman-Adkins, Keirnan Coleman-Adkins, Molly Mertz and Clay Lambert and her sister Bertie Blair.
