Emma "Frankie" Damron

EMMA LOIS �FRANKIE� DAMRON, 77, of Kenova, WV, died Monday, November 28, 2005 at home. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Thursday at Ceredo-Kenova Funeral Home by Brother John Holland. Burial will be in Maple Hill Memorial Cemetery. She was born September 2, 1928 atWilsondale in Wayne County, WV, a daughter of the late McKinley and Lucy Ann (Sartin) Moore. She was preceded in death by four brothers and two sisters. She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Y.B. Damron; two daughters, Joan (Raymond) Miracle, and Sylvia (Doug) Smallenbarger, both of Springfield, OH; two sisters, Edna Booth of Aurora, CO, and Emma Jane Booth of Kenova; five grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren; one special niece, Carol Fluty;and several other nieces and nephews. The family would like to express their thanks and appreciation to all the Hospice nurses and staff for the loving care of our mother, and special thanks to a very special nurse aide, Georganna Tucker. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Hospice. Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
