Emma Jane Booth

Emma Jane Booth, 79 of Kenova, WV, went to be with the Lord on December 29, 2014. Born on November 23, 1935 in Radnor, Wayne County, WV, she was the daughter of the late McKinley Moore and Lucy Ann Sartin Moore. Emma was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Paul Leo Booth, in 1988; her siblings and her special friend, Patrick Hicks. She was a member of the Church of Christ and was a devoted mother and homemaker. She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her six sons, William R. Booth (Jackie) of Florida, Paul D. Booth (Darlene) of Huntington, WV, Craig A. Booth, Barry W. Booth, Adrian S. Booth (Connie) of Kenova, WV, Jeffery L. Booth (Terri) of Scottown, OH; her daughter, Lucy R. Stephens (Matt) of Kenova, WV; 25 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; her brother-in-law, Y.B. Damron, Sylvia Smallenbarger (Douglas), who was like another daughter to her, and her special friend, Debbie Manis. Emma�s family will welcome friends on Thursday from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. at Ceredo-Kenova Funeral Home & Cremation Services. A Funeral Ceremony will be held on Friday, January 2, 2015 at 12:00 Noon at the funeral home, with Minister John Holland, officiating. Friends will be received one hour prior to services on Friday.
