Ernest Edward Elkins Jr., 56, of Chesapeake, Ohio, life partner of Lisa Floyd, passed away Monday, August 25th at St. Mary’s Medical Center. He was born January 3rd, 1958 in Huntington, WV son of the late Ernest and Enna Elkins . He was preceded in death by a son, Timothy Edward Elkins and is survived by daughter Tammy Stevens of Huntington, WV. There will be no visitation per his request.
