Ersle J. (Smith) Ellis

Ersle J. (Smith) Ellis 93, of Ormond Beach, Florida formerly of Huntington, WV passed away Wednesday, November 9, 2016 at home. She was born October 1, 1923 in Wayne County, West Virginia. She was the daughter of the late Erskin Smith and Garvie (Wellman) Christian. She was also preceded in death by beloved husband Henry L. Ellis. She was a homemaker and enjoyed spending time with family and friends and she also enjoyed playing with her two special dogs Rowdy and Sassy. Surviviors include a son and daughter in law Phillip and Patricia Ellis and a daughter and son in law Pam and Mike Smith all of Ormond Beach, Florida. She had three grandchildren Michael Ellis, Robert and wife Stacey Ellis and Kandi Smith. There were also her two precious great grandchildren Reese and Ryder Ellis. She will be missed by her family and friends. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in her memory to the charity of your choice. Reger Funeral Home is assisting the family.
