Florence Gail May

Florence Gail May, 70 of Ceredo, WV went home to be with the Lord, Thursday, March 17, 2022 at her residence. She was born March 3, 1952 in Huntington, WV a daughter of the late Arnold Russell and Gladys Riggs May. Also preceding her in death were two brothers Arnold Russell May, Jr. and David Keith May, one special nephew Eddie Dyer and her best friend Vickie Church. Florence was a member of Sunshine Freewill Baptist Church and also attended England Hill Baptist Church. She was a former Secretary for St. Joseph High School. She is survived by three brothers: Donald (Carolyn) May, Danny (Elaine) May, Willie (Sandy) May, and three sisters: Sylvia (Bobby) Fortner, Grace (Gary) Scarberry, Darlene (Jim) Dyer as well as a host of nieces/nephews and great nieces and great nephews. Funeral services will be conducted at 3:00 PM Monday, March 21, 2022 at the Reger Funeral Chapel by Pastors Willie May, Jody Fortner and Justin May. Visitation will be held from 2:00 PM until the service time at 3:00 PM Monday at Reger Funeral Home. Burial will be in May Family Cemetery, Huntington.
