Florine Bohannan

Flo Bohannan went home to Heaven on Wednesday, February 5, 2025 at 1:20 pm  She had grown up in West Virginia and spent the majority of her life in St. Petersburg, Florida; ending her 95 years in High Point, North Carolina.  Flo came to know and love Jesus at age 29 and she tried to live her life for Him throughout her remaining years. She was quick to attend a Bible Study and church and loved to talk about all the wonderful ways that God had blessed her.  Her husband, Charley, has gone on before her as has most of her siblings and their spouses.  She came to know Jesus as her friend and learned how to depend on Him through difficult situations. Flo would wish that everyone could come to a true understanding of how much God loves them and then grab hold of all that God has for them. She knew that even though we are all sinners - Jesus died to pay the price for our sin.  Here is a quote that Flo agreed with shortly before her death…

“Someday you will read or hear that

Billy Graham (Flo Bohannan) is dead. 

Don’t you believe a word of it. 

I shall be more alive than I am now. 

I will just have changed my address. 

I will have gone into the presence of God”
